Service Description

We will conduct the Adult Attachment Interview (1-2 hr process) to determine your attachment strategy and come up with a customized plan towards earning secure attachment, improving your romantic relationship(s), and/or guiding you as a parent in fostering a secure attachment with your child. Understanding your own attachment map is the first step in developing a coherent narrative of your life and towards improving your relationships for a more meaningful life.
